Terms of Service

Misio is a web app for families with children aged 6–10. AI builds a 20-day season of quests around the child's interests; the app includes a season calendar, ⚡ charges, levels and a family council.

The user of the service is an adult (parent or guardian). The child plays through the adult's account and has no account or email of their own.

You must be 18 or older to register. Use a real email address and keep your password to yourself.

You are responsible for actions taken through your account and for the quests you offer your child.

A child's first season is free. After that access is paid: a season pass (one-time payment, 35 days of access), an annual subscription (renews automatically every year) or a monthly subscription (EU only, renews automatically every month).

Current prices and currency are shown on the checkout page before you pay. Prices include applicable taxes.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle's buyer terms also apply at checkout: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Card details are processed by Paddle; we never receive or store them.

A subscription renews automatically for the same period at the price in effect at renewal until you cancel it.

You can cancel at any time via the link in your Paddle email or by writing to alexander.burzev@gmail.com. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period already paid, and no further charges are made.

Within 14 days of any payment you can get a full refund without giving a reason. See the Refund Policy for details.

Quests are written by a language model from the age and interests you enter. Before a season becomes available to the child, you see every quest and can change or remove any of them.

Judge whether each task suits your child and do not offer anything that could be unsafe without adult supervision.

Do not use the service to break the law, do not try to access other people's data or bypass technical limits, and do not resell access.

Misio's code, design and texts belong to the seller. Your family's data belongs to you; how we process it is described in the Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the service stable but provide it "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

We will email you about material changes at least 14 days in advance. If you disagree with the new terms, you can cancel your subscription and delete your account.

To delete your account and family data, write to alexander.burzev@gmail.com from the address the account is registered to.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
